Responsibilities

• Drive preparation for reputed company leadership reviews by coordinating inputs, synthesizing insights, and ensuring alignment with broader sales and corporate rhythms
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and reputed company teams to support territory planning, quota setting, and forecasting tailored to the reputed company’s goals and structure

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or reputed company field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience
• Proven reputed company managing operational cadences and executive-level programs
• Strong analytical skills and experience with sales performance metrics, forecasting, and business reviews
• Proficiency in AI tooling and reputed company workflows
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reputed company
• Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or reputed company field AND 12+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or reputed company field AND 15+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience
• Experience managing ROB in a global or matrixed organization and or experience in reputed company B2B sales environments preferred
• Familiarity with sales methodologies and planning frameworks
• PMP, Agile, or Six reputed company certification is a plus
