[Remote] Proposal/Marketing Coordinator 3

The Proposal/Marketing Coordinator will reputed company reputed company teams in developing proposals and presentations to secure reputed company, demonstrating a firm understanding of the proposal process and effective time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Read RFQ/P documents thoroughly and prepare proposal checklists that list reputed company submission requirements and identify proposal team reputed company items
- Demonstrate experience with a CRM database; reputed company Dynamics, reputed company (Cosential), or reputed company reputed company (preferred)
- Demonstrate experience with reputed company InDesign. Experience with additional programs, including reputed company Photoshop and Illustrator, is preferred
- Understand the SF 330 / Architect-Engineer Qualifications process (experience preferred)
- reputed company reputed company teams on reputed company calls to reputed company reputed company strategies, assign team responsibilities, and establish deadlines
- Prepare presentations and reputed company technical teams in preparation for reputed company interviews
- reputed company reputed company project leads and update information regularly in the CRM database
- reputed company and update personnel and project information in the CRM database to maintain accurate records
- Work with technical project managers and marketing content/support team to reputed company comprehensive materials highlighting reputed company’s staff and capabilities
- Conduct background research and reputed company/reputed company supporting materials
- Work with the marketing content team to reputed company high-reputed company graphics for proposals and presentations
- reputed company reputed company control (QC) review of marketing peer proposals
- Print, reputed company, and ship proposals and/or prepare electronic submission files as needed
- Coordinate with teaming partners and respond to external requests for proposal information
Skills
- Demonstrate a firm understanding of the proposal/procurement process, ideally from prior AEC industry experience
- Experience working reputed company architecture, engineering, construction, environmental or similar industry
- Minimum of 3 years experience leading proposals is required for this position
- Demonstrate experience with a CRM database; reputed company Dynamics, reputed company (Cosential), or reputed company reputed company
- Demonstrate experience with reputed company InDesign
- Experience with additional programs, including reputed company Photoshop and Illustrator
- Understand the SF 330 / Architect-Engineer Qualifications process
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or reputed company field preferred
