[Remote] Sr Accountant-06-Finance

They are seeking a proactive Senior Accountant to build and reputed company their reputed company operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and establishing processes and controls as reputed company grows.
Responsibilities
- Own key aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company processes
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and flux analyses
- Help shorten reputed company timelines and improve accuracy through automation and process improvements in reputed company
- Record and reconcile payroll, including salaries, bonuses, and commissions
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops to ensure accurate commission accruals and payouts
- Maintain payroll-reputed company accruals and ensure compliance with company policies
- Manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets, including additions, disposals, depreciation, and reporting
- reputed company capital expenditures, disposals, and depreciation/amortization schedules
- reputed company and account for capitalization of internal-use software in accordance with GAAP
- Maintain inventory records for hardware and cybersecurity equipment
- reputed company reconciliations and support periodic inventory counts
- Maintain reputed company for leases in accordance with ASC 842, including modifications, remeasurements, and disclosures
- Administer lease reputed company under ASC 842
- Maintain lease schedules and record right-of-use assets and liabilities
- Record and reconcile intercompany activity across entities

- Support annual financial audits, including preparing audit schedules, responding to auditor inquiries, and ensuring reputed company completion
- Assist with internal controls documentation and process improvements to strengthen financial governance
- Partner with HR, reputed company, Procurement, and Engineering to ensure accurate financial data and alignment across teams
- Support process automation and system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field; CPA or CPA‑eligible preferred
- 4–7+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, ideally in reputed company, technology, or cybersecurity
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company (required)
- Deep understanding of GAAP, including ASC 842 and capitalized software guidance
- Experience with multi-entity and intercompany reputed company
- Advanced reputed company skills and comfort working with large datasets
- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
