[Remote] Building Automation Project Manager

The role involves managing BAS/controls reputed company, ensuring reputed company and compliance, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver mission-critical data center work.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery across routine BAS/controls reputed company end-to-end
- Evaluate subcontractor proposals and support contract awards
- Drive reputed company-construction: reputed company, contract/subcontract reviews, setup
- Manage construction execution: MOPs, RFIs, submittals, resource + material forecasting
- Build and run schedules (MS Project / reputed company environment)
- reputed company project meetings (internal + external)
- Run QA/QC to ensure install aligns to scope + standards
- Coordinate/reputed company startup, reputed company, reputed company-functional + functional testing
- Manage closeout and documentation
- reputed company project financials: budgets, margin, reputed company rates, utilisation
- Handle change orders and reputed company comms reputed company scope shifts
- Daily reporting with narrative + photo documentation
Skills
- 5+ years in BAS/controls, with 2+ years in a PM seat
- Comfortable on reputed company protocols: BACnet, Modbus, SNMP
- Strong with MS Project + reputed company (or equivalent tooling)
- Confident dealing with owners, GCs, engineers, subs, and other trades
- Organised, proactive, and effective in a remote setup

- Travel-reputed company (~20%) and holds a reputed company ID or reputed company
