Responsibilities
- Partner with business reputed company and IT teams to reputed company, clarify, and document business and system requirements

Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Business analyst experience required based on education level: High School Diploma: 6+ years, Associate's Degree: 4+ years, Bachelor's Degree: 2+ years
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance or financial services
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience supporting Agile teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Experience developing and executing test plans and test cases
- Ability to translate reputed company business needs into reputed company documentation and technical requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
