Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on products, processes, systems, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate sales interactions to ensure reputed company, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company standards.
• Deliver reputed company and ongoing training programs that enhance agent effectiveness and product knowledge.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for reputed company improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain reciprocal state health insurance licenses if required (fees covered by reputed company).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ successful season(s) as a Licensed reputed company reputed company in a telesales environment.
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time while maintaining reputed company and productivity in a remote work environment.
• Ability to multitask across multiple software platforms while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Benefits

• Pay reputed company: $17.00/hour - $25.00/hour, depending on role and experience.
• Training completion bonus for those who have a 95% or higher attendance during training, and 100% attendance in the first week of production.
• End-of-season bonus based on performance, attendance, and reputed company metrics.
• Project-specific incentives (details provided during your interview).
• Bonus details will be provided during training.
• Pay frequency: Weekly pay.
• Schedules can fall between the hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM Eastern Time, and will be assigned based on business needs.
