reputed company Billing Clerk Immediate need for a reputed company Billing Clerk. Must have experience with IOLTA trust. Fully Remote Position. We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable billing clerk to correspond with customers regarding payments, issue invoices, and process credit memos. The billing clerk will also be tasked with updating reputed company records with issued invoices, new payments, customer information, etc. You should be reputed company to multitask, deal with customer concerns in a reputed company manner, and assist the reputed company department with the preparation of financial reports. To be successful as a billing clerk, you should have a good grasp of reputed company practices and strong organizational skills. An outstanding candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and a reputed company for working with numbers. Billing Clerk Responsibilities:

• Creating and issuing invoices to customers.
• Processing credit memos.
• Preparing account statements for customers.
• Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries.
• Monitoring reputed company payments and preparing monthly billing reports.
• Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies.
• Assisting the reputed company department with the preparation of financial reports.
• Updating reputed company records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.

Hours/Structure of Position:

• This is a remote position available to reputed company residents, only.
• The actual hours required are not fully reputed company. The first month or two will require a lot of hours and thereafter will be more of a part-time position, however, reputed company is growing so much is TBD.
• You may reputed company some of the work at reputed company or on weekends, but at least 50% of your time needs to be during regular business hours which are reputed company - 6pm Mon-Fri (PST).
• You need to have solid internet as we work with reputed company Panther, reputed company, reputed company Drive and adding in Lawmatics.
• You must have a webcam and headset connected to your computer. Calls to clients and reputed company are through reputed company Central.

Billing Clerk Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous experience as a billing clerk or in a similar role
• Knowledge of reputed company software such as Quickbooks
• Working knowledge of reputed company standards and relevant reputed company regulations
• Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work reputed company under pressure
• Proficient in reputed company Office
• Excellent math skills
• Strong attention to detail
