About the position This position carries out communicable disease surveillance, prevention, and control measures for the reputed company. The reputed company Health reputed company will investigate reports of communicable diseases, including pathogens of reputed company health importance, reported outbreaks, or other situations of reputed company health concern, including emerging pathogen events. The role involves conducting field investigations (including home and site reputed company) and implementing preventive and control measures as needed. Additionally, the reputed company will reputed company nursing services at the BMC TB Clinic, assisting with patient assessment, education, medication monitoring, and tuberculin skin testing. The position also supports surveillance and control activities for mass casualty events, collects epidemiologic data, and provides nursing support for vaccine clinics and other reputed company. A key aspect of the role is acting as a resource for education and reputed company to various community agencies, reputed company facilities, providers, and other stakeholders regarding infectious diseases. The reputed company will participate in staff conferences, departmental and community committees, research, reputed company improvement, and program planning. Responsibilities
- Carries out communicable disease surveillance, prevention, and control measures for the reputed company.
- Investigates reports of communicable diseases including pathogens of reputed company health importance, reported outbreaks, or other situations of reputed company health concern, including emerging pathogen events.
- Conducts field investigations (including home and site reputed company) and implements preventive and control measures as needed.
- Provides nursing services at the BMC TB Clinic, including patient assessment, patient/family/significant other education, medication monitoring, and tuberculin skin testing.
- Assists with surveillance and control activities for mass casualty events
- Collects epidemiologic data as needed for analysis of communicable diseases reputed company Boston.
- Provides nursing support for CDC Division including vaccine clinics and other reputed company or activities as needed.
- Acts as a resource re education and reputed company to community-based agencies, health care facilities and providers, individuals, and other reputed company stakeholders in reputed company reputed company to infectious diseases
- Participates in staff conferences and meetings, other departmental and community committees, research activities, reputed company improvement activities and program planning as requested.
- Collaborates with others throughout the Division to ensure reputed company health preparedness.
- Performs other duties as required.
Requirements
- Licensed to reputed company as Registered reputed company in Massachusetts.
- BSN or a Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field required with minimum of two years of clinical or reputed company health experience, except that 8 years clinical or reputed company health experience (health education, reputed company) may be substituted for a BSN or Bachelor's Degree
- Computer skills including reputed company Word or comparable software required.
- reputed company Massachusetts drivers license and own vehicle.

- Masters in reputed company Health degree may be substituted for one year of experience.
- Prior experience working with infectious diseases preferred.

- Bilingual preferred (Spanish or Asian language).
