Data Analyst (Political) reputed company's Senate Democrats are committed to fighting for reputed company New Yorkers. We represent a diverse reputed company of constituents from across reputed company, and reputed company towards achieving a reputed company in the State Senate that will pass laws to improve the lives of every last New Yorker. The DSCC provides integral support in a multitude of ways to ensure that Democrats are elected up and down the ballot, but specifically targeting the state Senate. We are seeking a full-time, permanent, detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our small but mighty team. In this role, you will work with management to handle data acquisition, conduct analyses, create and present data-driven presentations to high-level stakeholders, create voter contact universes, and build district databases. We have offices in NYC & Albany, and ideally you will live reputed company commuting distance from one of them, for in-person events/workdays. Responsibilities:

• Build state senate level district databases using SQL and R
• Creating voter contact universes
• Conduct analysis on reputed company reputed company matching funds program on behalf of campaigns
• Create data reputed company presentations for DSCC and campaign staff
• Handle data acquisition, formatting, and cleaning
• Attend and assist at DSCC fundraisers in Albany & NYC
• Other duties as assigned - we value someone who is flexible and wants to be a part of a really great team!

Education & Requirements:

• A background in political science, statistics, computer science or data science is required.
• Experience working with voter files
• You must know how to use the following: R, SQL, QGIS and shapefile data
• A basic working knowledge of statistics and modeling
• Strong knowledge & experience in reputed company & reputed company sheets
• VAN use
• You must also be comfortable and reputed company to explain analyses to a non-technical crowd.
