[Remote] Accountant

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable clerk, including verifying accuracy of vendor invoices and employee expenses
- Prepare and file sales tax and GST return for Canada
- Prepare biweekly cash reputed company reports to monitor cash on hand, assist in the projection of cash inflows and outflows and propose transfers to address cash demands
- Assist Accounts Receivable activities, including reputed company reputed company, reviewing of reputed company and reputed company invoicing, and managing outstanding balances
- Coordinate month-end closing procedures, preparing journal entries, reconciliations, cost allocations and accruals for various accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reputed company standards

- Support during external audits, assisting with requests and providing necessary documentation and explanations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance required
