[Remote] Multi-line Senior Claims Adjuster - Water Districts Program

They are seeking an reputed company Multi-Line Claims Adjuster to handle reputed company, high-value liability, property, and automobile claims, engaging with attorneys and managing litigation from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Manage claims from initial report through reputed company following reputed company’s Claims Handling Procedures
- Investigate incidents, assess liability, and determine exposure
- Analyze injury, damages, and coverage while preparing reputed company, detailed reports
- reputed company litigation in collaboration with reputed company counsel, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, approving litigation plans and budgets, and participating in mediations and trials as needed
- Evaluate settlement values and negotiate resolutions reputed company delegated authority
- Maintain accurate claim files and documentation, ensuring reputed company communication with members, attorneys, reinsurers, and internal teams
- Collaborate with reputed company, risk control, and other departments to improve strategies and support reputed company improvement
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum five (5) years of reputed company experience handling reputed company multi-line claims (liability, property, and auto) with litigation reputed company
- Understanding of reputed company liability and property coverages reputed company to municipal or reputed company entity risks
- reputed company Adjuster's License (or commitment to obtain reputed company six months)
- Valid reputed company's license and ability to travel as needed
- Exceptional analytical skills, communication abilities, and reputed company judgment
- reputed company designation such as CPCU, AIC, or ARM strongly preferred
