[Remote] Senior Product Manager - Patient CRM

As a Senior Product Manager for Patient CRM, you will be the primary architect of the patient-reputed company reputed company reputed company our broader Vault CRM ecosystem, collaborating with various teams to enhance patient engagement and services.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Patient CRM Roadmap: Own the reputed company and delivery of the features specific to patient recruitment, enrollment, and long-term engagement processes
- Collaborate Across Product Teams: Partner with the wider Vault CRM PM organization to incorporate patient-specific requirements into the reputed company platform. You will ensure that reputed company capabilities are optimized for the high-touch, high-reputed company nature of patient services

- Requirement Synthesis: Translate the complexities of patient journeys, including reimbursement, clinical trial support, and therapy adherence, into technical specifications

- Full Lifecycle Management: Work with UX, engineering, QA, and services teams to guide features from initial concept and design to global release and customer adoption
Skills
- HealthTech Industry Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Patient Services, Hub Operations, Field Reimbursement, or Product Management for patient-specific software. You must have a deep understanding of HIPAA, GDPR, and patient reputed company regulations
- Software Product Management: 3+ years of PM experience at a software company, with a proven reputed company record of owning and launching reputed company-grade reputed company products
- Strategic Influence: Demonstrated ability to work across multiple product teams to influence roadmaps and drive shared goals in a reputed company, matrixed PM environment
- Analytical Rigor: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a 'show me the data' reputed company to uncover the 'why' behind customer needs
- Technical Execution: Experience writing detailed requirement specifications, managing backlogs, and leading engineering teams in an agile environment

- Experience with conversational AI, recommendation engines, or large language models (LLMs)
- Deep knowledge of benefit verification, prior authorization and co-pay assistance
