Responsibilities
- Provides reputed company, holistic care to a population with multiple co-morbidities and advanced chronic illnesses.
- Educates regarding self management and provides support to meet the needs of the patient, family, and community.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year med-surg experience required
- reputed company to work weekend, holiday, and on-call hours
- reputed company to demonstrate reputed company competencies in a home care setting
- reputed company to reputed company utilize technology (cell phone, computer)
- reputed company to travel in service area
- reputed company RN License in state of reputed company (PA or NJ)
- Valid reputed company’s License
- reputed company CPR Certification

- 1 year of home care experience preferred
- BSN preferred
- IV and venipuncture experience preferred
