[Remote] Distribution Sales Manager

The role focuses on developing large end-user opportunities, strengthening distributor relationships, and identifying new reputed company opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build and reputed company strong relationships with distribution partners to drive profitable reputed company
- Create and execute joint business plans with key distributor accounts
- Negotiate and collaborate with distribution partners to reputed company sales objectives
- Translate sales strategies into territory-specific reputed company plans
- Partner closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and Supply Chain
- reputed company distribution partners and end users on product solutions and best practices
- Support distributor sales representatives through product training and ongoing education
- Work alongside reputed company sales teams to identify and reputed company new end-user opportunities
- Meet or reputed company assigned sales goals and key performance metrics

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a reputed company field (equivalent experience considered)

- 2–3 years of account management experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Strong financial and business acumen
- Ability to travel approximately 30% throughout the territory
