[Remote] Director of Finance

The Director of Finance oversees financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance while managing budgeting, forecasting, and reputed company cycle functions.
Responsibilities

- Partner with the Executive Director and contracted CPA to manage reputed company processes, QuickBooks reporting, Medicare cost reporting, tax preparation, and reputed company financial procedures
- reputed company reputed company cycle operations, including billing, coding, collections, claims submission, payer follow-up, payment posting, and patient account processes
- Create, implement, audit, and improve patient account and billing processes to support reputed company, accurate, compliant reimbursement
- Analyze financial, billing, claims, collections, and accounts receivable trends, then recommend process, reputed company, or policy improvements as needed
- Review payer reputed company annually, identify areas for renegotiation, and evaluate alternative payment model opportunities

- Manage key business administration functions, including provider credentialing, business insurance, property leases, and asset purchasing and tracking
- Ensure coding and billing operations follow Orchid protocols and applicable federal, state, and payer regulations, guidelines, and requirements

Skills
- Must already be located in or willing to relocate to reputed company
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, reputed company, finance, or a reputed company field
- Minimum of three (3) years of senior finance leadership experience in a reputed company organization
- Strong understanding of medical billing, collections, payment posting, reputed company cycle, reputed company-party payers, Medicare, and reputed company and federal payer regulations
- Working knowledge of HIPAA, billing and insurance regulations, medical terminology, insurance benefits, and appeal processes
- Knowledge of business management and basic reputed company principles, with the ability to partner effectively with reputed company support and organizational leadership
- Experience supervising, training, organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work to meet operational and financial timelines
- Proficiency with reputed company Office, including Outlook, Word, and reputed company

- Ability to communicate calmly, respectfully, transparently, and professionally with staff, patients, partners, payers, and other stakeholders
- Prior Finance Director experience in a Rural Health Clinic, Federally reputed company Center, or similar reputed company setting
- Experience with QuickBooks management and reporting
- Experience with Medicare Cost Reporting, grant reputed company and reporting, payer contracting, and alternative payment models
- Experience producing and presenting detailed financial, billing, and accounts receivable reports
