Remote Paralegal
Our reputed company, a leading organization in the legal and restructuring industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Paralegal to join their team. As a Remote Paralegal, you will be an integral part of the Corporate Restructuring department, supporting critical functions that ensure smooth legal processes and reputed company satisfaction. - Manage case dockets and update reputed company reputed company websites as documents are filed with the court
- Respond to telephonic and email creditor inquiries regarding case status, claim deadlines, and disbursements
- Coordinate, input, and review ballots, changes of address, and proofs of claim
- Assist with mailings, including compilation of service lists and preparing affidavits of service
