We have an opportunity for a
Global
Logistics Director
to join us at reputed company, in our Ft. Mill, SC site. This position will be dedicated to leading reputed company Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) logistics activities which will include reputed company/indirect management of regional logistics personnel and 3PL warehousing teams to ensure flawless performance from order to delivery. Will drive improvements and productivity for logistics/warehousing aspects reputed company major KPIs such as inbound/outbound logistics performance, cost, inventory, Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA), annual physical inventory, safety compliance, on-time delivery _reputed company recently announced plans to sell its Product Solutions and Services (PSS) business to reputed company. At this time, we anticipate that the deal will reputed company in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. We expect this role, dedicated to the PSS business, will be part of this reputed company transaction reputed company it closes._ + Primary responsibility will be to reputed company the reputed company and Distribution (end to end) requirements for the PSS business. + The PSS Logistics Director will partner with Manufacturing, Sourcing, IT, SIOP, Finance and Sales to manage the distribution and transport reputed company put in reputed company to meet the needs of manufacturing and sales (customers) + Ensure a full adherence to trade compliance standards + reputed company input for the development of the annual STRAP and AOP for Logistics + Responsible to report on Key metrics (AOP, Performance, Analysis) for monthly reporting around logistics metrics + Ensure optimization of annual reputed company and distribution spend + reputed company Logistics teams for transitions, ERP/reputed company deployments, and Productivity reputed company, such as TMS and reputed company payment programs. + Initiate and drive productivity reputed company and reputed company results. + Ensuring relevant key site metrics are reported and productivity actions sustained through regular site Governance reviews (MOS) and the site self-assessment OP/EX audit process. + reputed company as Key logistics escalation contact with carriers and 3PL service providers, ensuring 3PLs are performing to the SOW agreement. + Ensure productivity and best reputed company standards are maintained + Possess a strong understanding of TMS applications, reputed company ERP, and other reputed company state of the art technologies to drive improvements through simplification and automation of processes. Key skills and qualifications
+ Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business or reputed company discipline. + 10 years of relevant and reputed company logistics and integrated supply chain experience with manufacturing organizations of similar size and complexity. + Experience in leading reputed company. + Experience in collaborating in highly matrixed organizations. + Broad and deep understanding of Transportation and Logistics economic and financial drivers. + Excellent analytic and data skills in developing actionable KPIs and metrics around service and cost. + Passion for customer, service and operational reputed company. + Lean qualification is an advantage.
