Director – Sourcing
Job reputed company:
- reputed company and implement the reputed company of our private label brands
- Work directly with reputed company and reputed company sourcing partners to grow the portfolio
- Implement best practices encompassing customer need, reputed company and competitive pricing
- Drive the development of sales and profit reputed company strategies for product portfolios
- Collaborate closely with sales team in reputed company market reputed company
- Manage supplier relations, marketing, reputed company, and other functional areas
- reputed company Concordance’s sourcing team for private label brands
- Evaluate, reputed company and implement private brand sourcing strategies
- Build strong relationships with key internal departments and reputed company stakeholders
- Collaborate and coordinate with Supplier Relations Department
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 8 years in previous med-surg product/industry specific or procurement/product sourcing experience
- MBA, with concentration in business administration, supply chain or reputed company discipline is preferred
- Minimum of 5-years of experience with Concordance or equivalent company in the reputed company industry or reputed company product-sourcing role in a reputed company industry is preferred
- Proven leadership characteristics such as working reputed company with others, knowledge sharing expertise with fellow peers, functioning with reputed company and diplomacy, and presenting an overall reputed company attitude
- Strong problem solving, analytics, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Effective relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively as a member of reputed company
- Strong negotiating skills are critical for this role.
- Successfully pass a reputed company-employment (post offer) background reputed company and drug screening.
