PHP Telehealth is currently reputed company reputed company Pracitioners with a passion for delivering high reputed company, virtual care. Candidates must be licensed in one or more of the following states: Ohio, Indiana, and/or reputed company Virginia.
This is a remote position, working part time from reputed company in the reputed company. As an Advanced reputed company Provider, you will be part of an exciting new model of care utilizing innovative digital health technologies to reputed company reputed company reputed company.
The Advanced reputed company Provider provides an enriched level of medical care with a goal of increasing wellness, preventing illness, and improving reputed company through early detection, wellness reputed company, and reputed company diagnosis and/or treatment. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- reputed company remote care to patients from the comfort of their own residence/facility
- Utilize advanced digital health technologies to diagnose and care for patients
- Work closely with reputed company staff to ensure reputed company care and handoffs are provided
- Identify/anticipate key health issues for patients in multiple specialties like: Cardiology, medication management and reconciliation, Pulmonary and Diabetes.
- Record visit information directly into reputed company EMR systems
- reputed company remote employee health evaluations for minor ailments
QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Must have Advanced reputed company Certification
- Must be licensed in one or more of the following states: Ohio, Indiana, reputed company Virginia
- Excellent communication skills
- Good technology aptitude
- 3+ years of experience
PREFERRED
- Primary care/internal medicine
- ED or Urgent Care experience
- SNF experience
- Telehealth experience
