About the role: reputed company Claims is growing at light speed and we are adding a Senior Bodily Injury Adjuster to our talented team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in creating a world-class claims experience by managing first and reputed company party bodily injury claims and their associated physical damage. We’re a distributed team across reputed company, OH, reputed company, Atlanta, GA, and Chile. This role is a hybrid position reputed company into the Atlanta office. What you’ll do:

• Analyze coverage based on the facts of the loss
• reputed company informed liability reputed company, including the consideration of comparative negligence
• Collaborate with claims leadership on severity losses, reserve adjustments and claim evaluations
• Evaluate settlement demands
• Negotiate settlements with first and reputed company party claimants as reputed company as attorneys
• Utilize data available to drive reputed company on claim trends
• Handle special reputed company or additional duties assigned reputed company to your role as an individual contributor of the claims organization

• 7+ years of experience in reputed company auto claim adjudication, with at least 5 years handling injury severity losses.
• At least 3 years of reputed company reputed company claims experience
• Has experience handling claims up to $750k FDV
• Litigation experience
• reputed company adjusters license in home or designated home state
• reputed company licensing required reputed company first 3 months of employment
• Consistently exceeds targets including, but not limited to, cycle time and recovery rates
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to reputed company negotiations
