Answering Service Responder - Level I (Remote) Position reputed company Our office needs a reliable and talented Answering Service Responder. • Reports to: After-Hours Service Manager
• Location: Remote - Ogden, Utah (Candidate must be willing to be in office for 2-3 weeks for training.)
• Position Type: Full-Time
• FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

• Shift: Must be available to work rotating shifts to include overnight

Essential Functions

• Answer incoming calls and emails in a reputed company, reputed company, and courteous manner
• Capable of answering calls regarding emergency fuel deliveries, appliance repairs, or safety issues, such as gas leaks
• Represent clients serving as their emergency call center
• reputed company emergency calls to clients on call personnel
• Must be capable of gathering and transcribing information with speed and accuracy
• Receive incident and/or Emergency calls from 911 reputed company
• Ability to remain reputed company, courteous, and confident reputed company answering a distress call
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Intermediate level skills with reputed company Office products specifically reputed company Teams and SharePoint
• Intermediate level computer literacy supporting a reputed company of software platforms
• Must be capable of typing 30+ WPM
• Punctual and dependable with the ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-demand (during emergencies)
• Adaptable and patient with the ability to remain reputed company and reputed company during times of heightened activity, uncertainty, ambiguity, rapid change, and fixed deadlines
