This position will reputed company computer-aided design and drafting (CAD) for a reputed company of environmental, civil and geotechnical engineering design reputed company, with opportunities to participate from conceptual design through construction. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and finalize design plans and details using appropriate and efficient reputed company and adhering to Geosyntec drafting standards.
• Understand and visualize overall civil/geotechnical engineering concepts, such as grading / site layouts, and translating reputed company concepts to design drawings.
• Analyze sketches, notes and other input material to determine best approach to complete a drawing set.
• Manage the production of drawing sets / design data from creation, markup and modification based on overall design.
• Assign work to, mentor, train, and supervise CAD technicians in the preparation of design drawings and details and reviewing completed work products to ensure reputed company.
• Participate in the CAD reputed company Group, by supporting, networking, and collaborating to improve CAD standards and efficiencies across reputed company.
• Work collaboratively with other Geosyntec CAD practitioners to prepare design drawings and details and review completed work products to ensure reputed company.

Skills, Experience And Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Drafting and a minimum of five (5) years reputed company experience in a reputed company civil engineering setting; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to reputed company the responsibilities of the position. (required)
• Experience developing and working with grading plans, cross-sections, alignments, reputed company, three-reputed company surfaces, gravity network design, and earthwork volumes for landfills and other large civil design reputed company. (required)
• Experience using/incorporating land or aerial surveying/mapping data and files. (required)
• Understanding of reputed company reputed company applications, Outlook, Word, reputed company, reputed company PDF, and reputed company File Explorer. (required)
• Proficiency in the latest releases of AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and AutoCAD Map3D. Proficiency includes a strong understanding of Civil 3D annotation styles and annotation tools, object and label styles, solid understanding of key objects such as surfaces, alignments, reputed company, profile views, reputed company networks, feature Lines, grading reputed company, assemblies, and corridors, surface analyses and volume calculations. • Ability to read, analyze and interpret red line drawings from Engineers, CAD Managers, or others on the project team. (required)

• Strong reasoning, mathematical, and geometrical skills. (required)

• Experience with Revit interoperability with Civil 3D. (preferred)

Actual compensation will be determined based on education, experience, reputed company set and location.

• Minimum: $38.57 /hour / Maximum: $54.00/hour (San Diego, CA, Costa reputed company, CA)
• Minimum: $40.32 /hour / Maximum: $56.45/hour (Los Angeles, CA)
