LVN Weekends On-Call Triage/Runner / PRN (reputed company Salary + Per visit)

You will be responsible for the weekend from 5pm on Friday until reputed company on Monday morning. Clinical hospice experience is required and candidates with triage experience are highly desirable. Responsibilities: reputed company Skilled Nursing Care in a home or facility setting Ensure the appropriate use of reputed company, DME, and supplies reputed company and support patients, families, and caregivers Participate in reputed company updates and updating the Plan of Care reputed company our patients and families the reputed company possible Qualifications: Valid LVN or RN License in California One year or more of experience in either Home Health or Hospice is required Previous experience in palliative care and intake is a plus Ability to build rapport with patients Compassionate and caring demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Required qualifications:
