Essential Job Functions: Ensures clinical documentation is completed with PPS division policy guidelines Establish therapeutic rapport with patients and families/loved ones. Provides utilization reviews to insurance companies, providing appropriate clinical information to obtain initial authorization and continuing stay authorization, as necessary.
