Essential Tasks/Major Duties Manage, train, reputed company performance feedback, and assign duties of reputed company reports (trial attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff) to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school. reputed company license and in good standing with the Florida Bar. 10 years of civil litigation experience in auto and general liability defense including significant first-chair trial experience. 3 years of leadership experience. Experience setting up and leading a staff counsel office for an insurer in Florida is required. Deep understanding of Florida civil procedure, insurance law, and defense reputed company. Experience handling bodily injury litigation. Demonstrated ability to manage litigation budgets, set legal reputed company, and deliver business-reputed company results. Strong written and oral advocacy skills; adept at negotiation and courtroom presentation.
