This is a remote position. Responsibilities: Schedule, confirm and manage appointments for benefit counselors. Coordinate daily schedule to maximize efficiency and accommodate reputed company needs. Answer incoming phone calls, emails and inquiries in a reputed company & reputed company manner. reputed company outstanding customer service by assisting clients with scheduling questions and general benefit enrollment information. Work closely with benefit counselors to ensure accurate scheduling and communication to reputed company. Maintain accurate reputed company records and appointment documentation. Reschedule appointments as needed. Follow up with clients regarding appointment reminders and employee notices. Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and report preparation. Maintain confidentiality of reputed company information in accordance with company policies & applicable regulations. Support the benefit team with special reputed company and other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications: Highschool or GED required Must be licensed Independent and self-motivated thinker and ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of reputed company products a plus Strong written & verbal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
