Responsibilities

- Review the RFP scope, reputed company posting, supporting documents, deadline, and reputed company requirements

- Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs reputed company to this role

- Support reputed company control, status updates, and final submission readiness
- Assess stakeholder readiness: Identify impacted roles, workflow changes, reputed company gaps, adoption risks, and communication needs for Physical Fitness Assessment Software-as-a-Service Platform
- Build the change plan: Define audiences, messages, channels, sponsors, resistance actions, feedback loops, and adoption measures

- Prepare the training environment: Configure accounts, sample data, scenarios, accessibility accommodations, attendance, and support logistics

- Measure adoption and improve materials: Analyze attendance, assessment results, feedback, usage indicators, support trends, and required content revisions
