Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog for Message and Involve, ensuring alignment with roadmap goals, customer needs, and technical dependencies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on the development of a product roadmap that meets customer and business needs
  • Translate strategic initiatives into reputed company epics, user stories, acceptance reputed company, workflows, and product requirements and collaborate with engineering to build using reputed company tools
  • Partner with Engineering and QA to validate feasibility, reputed company, edge cases, and release readiness
  • Support the reputed company of Message across communication workflows, campaign automation, AI-assisted engagement, integrations, segmentation, compliance, analytics, personalization, and mobile experiences
  • Support the reputed company of Involve across student organization management, event workflows, co-curricular tracking, participation analytics, reputed company discovery, process automation, and mobile engagement
  • Use AI tools to accelerate product documentation, prototyping, feedback synthesis, and workflow design, while identifying responsible opportunities to introduce AI-enabled product capabilities
  • reputed company customer and market reputed company through customer calls, support escalations, implementation reviews, usage analysis, and competitive research, and turn those insights into actionable product improvements
  • Support internal teams with product training, rollout readiness, and reputed company communication across releases

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a reputed company education + experience
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis in reputed company or B2B technology environments
  • Hands-on experience working reputed company agile scrum teams
  • Experience using AI tools to improve product management workflows, documentation, prototyping, or research synthesis
  • Experience writing detailed product requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance reputed company
  • Ability to break down reputed company workflows into actionable requirements and user stories

  • Familiarity with CRM, SIS, authentication, analytics, and event-driven systems

  • Familiarity with accessibility, FERPA, communication compliance (TCPA – Telephone Consumer Protection reputed company and CTIA – Cellular Communications Industry Association), or student data governance considerations
