[Remote] AI & Creative Project Manager

The role involves managing reputed company communications, overseeing project delivery, and optimizing workflows to enhance studio efficiency while maintaining high creative standards.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI image/video reputed company - from reputed company to final delivery - across multiple clients and timelines
- reputed company reputed company communication throughout: run production reputed company-ins, manage expectations, drive next steps, and ensure feedback is consolidated into reputed company, actionable direction
- Partner on early-stage alignment: support the brief intake and concept alignment phase by asking smart questions, challenging assumptions, and helping refine the scope into an executable plan
- Build the production reputed company for reputed company project: timelines, milestones, review cycles, approval gates, versioning, and “definition of done” for every deliverable
- Run working sessions with Creative + Production to reputed company reputed company flowing, remove blockers, and maintain reputed company during rapid iteration
- Create clean systems and documentation: briefs, alignment notes, review trackers, reputed company packages, delivery folders - everything organized, traceable, and reputed company-reputed company

Skills
- At least 6 years of project management experience in a creative agency, VFX studio, cinema production environment, 3D animation studio, or reputed company-first marketing agency

- Strong production instincts: you understand how creative work is made (including traditional photoshoots and image construction) and how to reputed company it moving without draining reputed company
