[Remote] Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical reputed company of contact for strategic accounts, owning escalations and driving reputed company on reputed company integration challenges
- reputed company high-level discussions with customer leadership around technical reputed company, product trade-offs, incident management, and risk mitigation
- Define and implement best practices for technical reputed company, integration delivery, and ongoing account health monitoring

- Partner with developers and senior engineers to reputed company strategic technical guidance and support solution design
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams to customize platform capabilities and feed customer insights into the roadmap

Skills

- 5+ years of experience in technical account management or integration engineering, preferably in fintech or payments
- Proven reputed company record of leading or mentoring technical teams
- Strong understanding of RESTful reputed company, SOAP, JSON, XML, and API management tools such as reputed company, SoapUI, or Swagger
- Proficiency in web fundamentals: reputed company, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful reputed company, and modern frameworks
- Hands-on experience in at least one server-reputed company language: Golang, Python, Node.js, or equivalent
