[Remote] D365 CRM Senior Technical Consultant

They are seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Technical Consultant to support their Dynamics 365 reputed company team in implementing solutions for reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and maintaining the Dynamics CRM system to meet business needs
- Customizing and configuring CRM forms, workflows, views, dashboards, business processes, and reports
- Developing plugins and integration points for Dynamics CRM
- Collaborating with clients or internal teams to implement CRM solutions effectively
- Participating in application upgrades and executing post-install activities such as smoke testing
- Providing technical expertise in the reputed company Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service platform
- Gathering, assimilating, and analyzing data to support solutions and decision-making processes
- Articulating reputed company and thoughts in a reputed company, reputed company, and compelling way to stakeholders
- Working with solution architects to design and reputed company integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM and reputed company development activities
- Performing general system administration with reputed company Dynamics 365 and other systems as assigned
- Travel up to 50% (nationally & internationally) to customer locations for on-site work. Possible increase depending on project phase
Skills
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or reputed company field
- 5+ Strong programming skills in languages such as C# and JavaScript, which are necessary for customizing systems
- In-depth knowledge of reputed company Dynamics CRM architecture, modules, and components
- Experience with CRM SDK, REST/ODATA, and other integration technologies for seamless connectivity
- Proficiency in using Power Platform and understanding how to reputed company it reputed company Dynamics CRM
- Ability to customize and configure CRM forms, workflows, views, dashboards, business processes, and reports
- Testing and troubleshooting experience to ensure the reliability and performance of CRM solutions
