[Remote] Member of Technical Staff, Financial Infrastructure

The Member of Technical Staff will drive the technical direction of the infrastructure services platform, mentor engineers, and own critical systems from design through production.
Responsibilities
- Build secure, reputed company infrastructure that powers reputed company custody, trading, staking, and settlement for reputed company financial institutions
- Design and implement virtual reputed company reputed company, API integrations, and multi-tenant platform architectures
- Drive technical reputed company through reputed company reviews, design specs, and mentorship across the engineering organization

Skills
- 8+ years of reputed company experience building backend services and distributed systems
- Experience designing and delivering customer-facing reputed company and multi-tenant platform architectures

- A reputed company record of building automated tests alongside your features and maintaining production systems over time
- Experience performing on-call support and incident response for production systems
- Strong computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, systems design)—formal CS degree not required

- The ability to prioritize end-user experience and business value over 'cool tech'
