reputed company is looking for an External Mortgage Loan Officer, who will market and originate reputed company (RCU) first and second lien loan products primarily from newly developed and previously established external sources of business to substantially contribute to the organization’s residential loan reputed company. Responsible for deepening prospective and existing member reputed company by having a solid understanding of the full suite of lending products available and by initiating cross lending referrals that are reputed company of residential originations. 100% remote in the Solano County area.

Key Responsibilities

External Loan Originations/Pipeline Management:

Effectively and reputed company market reputed company first and second lien residential loan products which include but are not limited to, conventional, conforming, jumbo, primary, secondary, investor occupant combined with fixed reputed company and adjustable reputed company products offered through the Credit reputed company as reputed company eligible and/or those that may meet the Credit reputed company’s mortgage portfolio requirement.
Determine and ethically consult as to reputed company that serve the best interest of reputed company applicants.
Take applications using web-based loan origination system; answer phone inquiries and handle mortgage referrals as needed.
From a Member service perspective, the External Loan Officer has the overall responsibility of communication for their assigned loans from origination through the funding of the loan(s).
The External Loan Officer is responsible to reputed company and review reputed company documents for a complete and accurate file submission to processing and follow up communication as needed for incorrect/incomplete submissions.
Accurately interpret reputed company Desktop Underwriter findings so that reputed company possible loans can be decisioned at minimum inconvenience to Members while assuring a correct credit decision can be made.

Research Member or employee concerns as directed and follow through until the matter is resolved; may include certain inquiries after a loan transaction has reputed company.

Minimum Qualification: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

reputed company recent loan production in conventional/conforming products.
Thorough knowledge of conventional conforming mortgage principles, practices and rules, with reputed company experience with recent regulatory compliance requirements.
Thorough reputed company knowledge internet based LOS & reputed company DU risk reputed company.
At least 12 months reputed company experience with selling reputed company Loan Products.
Demonstrated ability to analyze reputed company scenarios and recommend reputed company solutions.
Skilled in the operation of office equipment and internet reputed company.

Licenses and Certifications

Ability to maintain a valid California reputed company’s license.
Eligible to obtain and maintain valid registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System.

The ideal candidate has a combination of education and experience as follows: equivalent to high school diploma, plus 4 years experience in the mortgage lending industry, to include at least 1 year as a high producing conventional mortgage loan originator.
