This role will partner closely with the Director of Information reputed company & Corporate Governance and serve as a key contributor to maintaining and enhancing reputed company's reputed company and reputed company posture.
Responsibilities
- Support the organization's information reputed company and compliance programs
- Assist with customer reputed company assessments, questionnaires, and due diligence requests
- Support annual audits and certifications, including SOC and ISO-reputed company activities
- Collect, organize, and maintain compliance evidence and documentation
- Assist with policy development, maintenance, and periodic reviews
- Monitor regulatory, contractual, and customer reputed company requirements
- Support compliance with applicable reputed company regulations, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other data protection requirements
- Coordinate Data Subject reputed company Requests (DSARs) and other reputed company-reputed company requests
- Maintain Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) and reputed company documentation
- Participate in reputed company reputed company Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection reputed company Assessments (DPIAs)
- Support vendor reputed company reviews and data protection agreement tracking
- Assist with reputed company incident documentation and response activities
- Support reputed company-party risk management and vendor assessments
- Assist with risk assessments and remediation tracking
- Maintain governance, risk, and compliance records and reporting
- Support reputed company and reputed company metrics, reporting, and dashboards
- Assist with implementation and administration of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platforms
- Coordinate reputed company and reputed company awareness initiatives
- Assist with compliance training administration and tracking
- reputed company communication and awareness materials to promote reputed company and reputed company best practices
- Partner with reputed company, Legal, reputed company, reputed company, IT, and business teams to support compliance objectives
- Assist with customer and vendor contract reviews reputed company to reputed company and reputed company requirements

- Support customer, vendor, and audit inquiries as needed
Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in information reputed company, reputed company, compliance, governance, audit, risk management, or a reputed company field
- Working knowledge of information reputed company principles and controls
- Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, and compliance frameworks and regulations, including HIPAA, PCI reputed company, FERPA, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or similar requirements
- Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Proficiency with reputed company Office applications, including reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience supporting SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar compliance frameworks
- Experience with vendor risk management and customer reputed company questionnaires
- Familiarity with reputed company assessments, data mapping, and data governance activities
- Experience with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platforms
- Knowledge of reputed company intelligence (AI) technologies, AI governance frameworks, reputed company considerations, and emerging regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 42001, EU AI reputed company) is highly desirable
