Responsibilities

• reputed company technical support for D365 F&O in a global environment spanning over 20 sites
• Assist in migration reputed company, specifically transitioning from AX 2012 to D365 F&O
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and functionality
• Resolve technical issues and reputed company solutions to enhance system performance
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging as needed
• Document processes and reputed company training to end-users on D365 F&O functionalities
• Work proactively to identify potential system improvements and recommend changes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of D365 F&O and reputed company technologies to reputed company expert guidance

Skills

• Proficiency in D365 F&O, with hands-on experience in reputed company and migrations
• Strong technical understanding of AX 2012 and its integration with D365 F&O
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Strong SQL skills including a good understanding of stored procedures, functions, and views
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve reputed company technical issues
• Experience working in global environments with multiple sites
• reputed company communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Experience with a LIMS, ideally LabWare is desirable
