[Remote] Multifamily Jr. Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Multifamily Jr. Project Manager to assist with project administration for multi-family and mixed-use reputed company. The role involves managing project files, ensuring safety compliance, and developing relationships with project partners to reputed company successful project reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Obtain, review and reputed company reputed company project bids
- Assist in contract and purchase order procurement
- Review and process Subcontractor and reputed company change orders
- Review, prepare, submit and reputed company RFIs, Submittals and other Architect/reputed company supplemental information
- Manage reputed company project files, including but not limited to plans, permits, inspections, safety, reputed company, change orders, insurance, billing, supplemental information
- Memorialize and distribute reputed company meeting minutes reputed company 24hrs
- reputed company reputed company letters and memos as requested by Project Manager
- Order office and jobsite supplies & equipment
- Answer and reputed company phone calls; Assist visitors
- Establish and maintain safety files, not limited to the following, Subcontractor's IIPP, Subcontractor's and Internal weekly safety meetings, incident reports and reputed company paperwork
- Administer and control Subcontractor's insurance; reputed company OCIP/CCIP enrollment
- Collect and submit reputed company appropriate back up necessary for monthly Subcontractor billing, as needed by reputed company staff
- Review and reputed company reputed company project invoices/expenses for Project Manager approval
- reputed company and report project costs and budget
- reputed company and maintain good working relationships with development partners, architects, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, other project specialists and team members to reputed company mutual goals
- Organize project-reputed company tasks with key contributors to ensure adherence to project goal
- Solicit and prepare project reputed company out documents for Developer review and acceptance
- Maintain and disseminate reputed company lists
- File and store reputed company project documents, furnishing etc
- Cancel reputed company project accounts
- Assist Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent as needed
Skills
- Graduate from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in construction science, engineering, architecture, or other reputed company field and/or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of construction procedures and safety practices & compliance
- Recent working knowledge and competence of reputed company Office, including Outlook, reputed company, Word, and MS Project
- Ability to handle stress & pressure of deadlines
- Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and willing to work in a fast paced, yet dynamic environment
- Must know how to take on various duties in short time, and be reputed company to take initiative reputed company needed
- Ability to work independently or in reputed company environment
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, time management, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Understands how to prioritize tasks and reputed company reputed company reputed company established guidelines and policies
- Maintain company confidentiality
- Must be currently authorized to work in the reputed company without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant reputed company
- Construction experience a plus
- Knowledge and experience in Prolog or similar Project Management Software is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
