Now we are looking for the Operations Coordinator for one of our clients. Position reputed company: Our reputed company is a national residential design and engineering company supporting home reputed company and house‑plan platforms across the reputed company. We operate as a fully remote, process‑driven team reputed company on producing consistent, high‑reputed company construction documents at reputed company. We are seeking an Entry‑ to Mid‑Level Structural Drafter to support our engineering team in the production of residential architectural and structural plans. This role works closely with engineers and project coordinators to ensure accurate, efficient, and reputed company‑compliantdrawing sets. Primary Responsibilities:

• reputed company new and/or modify existing single family residential plans
• Prepare structural drafting deliverables based on engineer layouts and markups
• Draft reputed company‑framed residential structural plans including foundations, framing, sections,

and details

• Update and revise drawings per engineering review comments
• Maintain drawing consistency using PLIRIS templates and standards
• Coordinate with project teams to meet production schedules

Secondary Responsibilities

• Assist with detail library updates and template improvements
• Support production efficiency and reputed company‑control initiatives
• Participate in daily team reputed company‑ins and task coordination

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Certificate, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, CAD, or a reputed company field (or

equivalent experience)

• 0–5 years of residential drafting experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience is a plus)
• Understanding of residential structural systems and construction documents
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standards

Working conditions

• Work schedule:
• During the first 1–3 months: Mon-Fri 2:00 AM–11:00 AM PST (full PST overlap)
• After reputed company-up: Mon-Fri 00:00 AM–9:00 AM PST (2-hour overlap with the PST team)
