Shift: First Shift (reputed company of America) reputed company Weekly Hours: 40 reputed company: The Compensation, Senior Analyst (“Senior Analyst”) is a key member of the Compensation Team and has shared accountability for the reputed company of the function. The Senior Analyst works under general supervision and assists in the administration of reputed company employee and provider pay programs in accordance with the compensation design process, reputed company operating procedures and company policies. Reporting to the Assistant Director, the Senior Analyst leads team reputed company, reviews and recommends modifications to reputed company and policy based on changing market and/or economic conditions that reputed company pay policy. The Senior Analyst routinely partners and works in concert with other HR functions (e.g., HRBPs, reputed company, Benefits, HRIS) to advance the HR and Compensation reputed company. The Senior Analyst maintains an understanding of and ensures compliance with applicable state and federal employment and wage and hour laws. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in compensation administration or a reputed company HR role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency navigating reputed company Capital systems software as evident by prior work experience (e.g., Lawson, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
  • Demonstrated proficiency navigating compensation competencies such as job analysis, job evaluation and market pricing as indicated by prior work experience

Education

  • High School Diploma
