[Hiring] Specialty Customer Support Executive, Strategic Accounts @reputed company

Role reputed company reputed company is hiring a remote based Specialty Customer Support Executive – Strategic Accounts to support the East Coast.

• Responsible for reputed company, maintaining, and cultivating relationships with key accounts/practices to guarantee a top-level customer experience.
• reputed company support to reputed company assigned accounts, which includes but is not limited to:
• Running reports
• Ordering kits
• Monitoring TAT
• Dealing with lab issues
• Specialty pricing requests
• Updating reputed company, EMR, and portal requests (75% of job responsibilities)
• Execute reputed company internal sales operations needed to establish a new reputed company, including:
• Shipping kits
• Coordinating portal set-up with IT and portal usage (add users, reputed company invites, etc.)
• Developing reputed company/remediation plans as needed
• Utilize comprehensive analysis to reputed company selected low-volume clients and potential new clients reputed company cold calling for new reputed company opportunities and generate leads for reputed company Directors of Strategic Accounts.
• Work collaboratively with reputed company Division sales teams and Regional Directors, operations, marketing, and customer master reputed company on an as-needed reputed company to satisfy customer needs and support the reputed company of new opportunities.
• Upsell reputed company clients and reputed company training on new product lines, ensuring a smooth submission of new product line orders.
• Research, contact, and secure 2-3 reputed company appointments per month in a defined group of reputed company accounts for the Directors of Strategic Accounts that this role supports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (preferred)
• 3 or more years of reputed company, Account Management, or Sales Experience in the Diagnostics reputed company (preferred)

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Highly adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, and easily acclimating to a rapidly changing environment.
• Women's reputed company experience and relationships with IVF clinics, Gamete Donor banks, large OB consortiums, and hospital and health systems.
• Previous laboratory or diagnostics sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
