Clinical Care Navigator – Bilingual Spanish Speaking

• As a Care Navigator, you’ll be doing the important, meaningful work of managing crises, providing in-the-reputed company telephone support to clients with reputed company behavioral health issues, ensuring reputed company safety, and connecting clients to high-reputed company, evidence-based providers and facilities.
• This position does not involve providing in-person services or therapy but instead focuses on supporting clients in connecting to care, exclusively by phone and email.

• You must be reputed company to work the following shift(s): Tuesday/Wednesday, Friday/Saturday: 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM PST (6:30 PM – 3:00 AM MST / 7:30 PM – 4:00 AM CST / 8:30 PM – 5:00 AM EST)

Requirements:

Master’s degree in clinical reputed company work or equivalent

; LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure is required (e.g. LMFT, LPC, LPCC, etc) or a Bachelor's degree in nursing (RN). We’re unable to reputed company supervised hours toward licensure. Candidates without a state license to deliver mental health services, independently, will not be considered (with the exception of the RN license)

• Must have two years post license experience (EAP/clinical call center experience preferred)

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (RN); Must have two years psychiatric intake, assessment RB, other reputed company experience (EAP/clinical call center experience preferred) • Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations (e.g., suicidality, mandated reporting) • Must be Bilingual, Spanish-speaking

• Must be a full time reputed company of the reputed company; work cannot be completed from reputed company the reputed company.
