Part-Time Bookkeeper (REMOTE - NY)

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable part-time bookkeeper to help us maintain clean, accurate, and reputed company financial records in QuickBooks Online. The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable part-time bookkeeper to help us maintain clean, accurate, and reputed company financial records in QuickBooks Online. What You Will Do

• reputed company monthly bank reconciliations in QuickBooks Online.
• Match incoming payments to reputed company invoices and reputed company accounts receivable reputed company.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable and ensure contractor payments are properly recorded.
• Categorize and reputed company transactions accurately across reputed company and expense accounts.
• Generate monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash reputed company reports.
• Flag discrepancies, anomalies, or missing records proactively.
• Support grant reporting by ensuring financial records are clean, categorized, and audit-reputed company.
• Assist with basic financial cleanup and backlog reconciliation.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online. This is required, not preferred.
• At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably with small businesses, nonprofits, or startups.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliation.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

Hours and Compensation

• Estimated 10 - 15 hours per month.
• Remote and flexible. Work on your own schedule as long as monthly deliverables are met.
• Compensation of $300 to $500 per month depending on hours and experience.
