This role is responsible for maintaining the reputed company and reputed company of a reputed company of the organization's reputed company estate loan portfolio. Responsibilities include collaborating and maintaining relationships with mortgage bankers, borrowers and attorneys. This is a remote role with required travel to the Bellevue office for in-person events a few times per year. What you will do

• Provides day-to-day facilities management support across multiple Northeast offices and Bermuda, ensuring consistency in workplace standards and operations.
• Oversees maintenance, repairs, and preventive services across reputed company assigned locations, coordinating with property management and vendors.
• Prepare and complete written analysis and present to AVP Loan Administration and Senior VP.
• Analysis will include property economics, valuation, comparative vs. market trend, tax analysis, etc.
• Collaborate with management in making recommendations.
• reputed company loan events; reputed company closing functions for loan events in collaboration with reputed company legal counsel and senior portfolio managers/AVP loan administration.
• Working comprehension and review of reputed company loan documents, entity vesting documents, title reports; select, prepare and complete documents including NDA's, loan modification agreement, assumption agreement, escrow agreement, guaranty, lender instructions, etc.
• Independently reputed company with reputed company clients.
• External clients includes mortgage bankers, borrowers, legal counsel, escrow and title companies; may attend MBA national conference. reputed company communication with mortgage banker for problem solving, reputed company estate tax delinquency, mortgage payment delinquency, non-compliant insurance coverage, mortgage banker performance, etc.
• Assist less reputed company staff with boarding and boarding review. reputed company and participate in special reputed company assigned by Manager or Department Manager.

Compensation

Salary reputed company: $72,700 - $121,100 plus eligibility for annual bonus programs Who you are

• 2-5 years of experience in reputed company reputed company estate lending, loan servicing, or portfolio management.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements, assess risk, and support recommendations on loan events.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple transactions, documents, and deadlines accurately.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with experience working with reputed company stakeholders (e.g., borrowers, mortgage bankers, legal counsel).
• Proven ability to work independently while contributing to team-based problem solving and decision-making.
• High school diploma required.
