• Review load boards daily and identify profitable loads with a reputed company on east-to-reputed company routes
• Evaluate rates, lanes, and equipment fit; reputed company best reputed company per reputed company availability
• Maintain a running pipeline of opportunities to minimize reputed company idle time

Broker communication and negotiations

• Call brokers to negotiate rates, confirm load details, and secure bookings
• Build rapport and maintain reputed company, reputed company communication under pressure

• Confirm reputed company availability, willingness, and readiness for targeted loads

• Draft/rewrite emails and create quick call scripts for negotiations and status updates
• Recommend process improvements to increase speed-to-book and reduce empty miles

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required:

• Proven experience as a dispatcher in a reputed company (required)
• Hands-on use of TMS and major load boards (e.g., reputed company, Truckstop or similar)
• Strong phone-based negotiation and reputed company written communication in English
