Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- reputed company light housekeeping duties including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning.
- reputed company companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients.
- Monitor and report any changes in patients' health status to the supervising reputed company or reputed company provider.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patients safety at reputed company times.
- Administer medication reminders and support patients with their prescribed exercise routines.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records.
Requirements
- Valid CNA state certification.
