About the Role
As the RN Clinical Educator, you will serve as a clinical educator, trainer, and mentor for inpatient nursing teams supporting RNs and CNAs in these reputed company: Acute Care Unit (ACU) Surgical Unit Float Pool These reputed company care for a diverse patient population and include many newly licensed nurses who rely on strong clinical support, coaching, and reputed company development.
Key Responsibilities
Educator & Trainer Design and deliver engaging clinical education programs for RNs and CNAs. Qualifications
Required reputed company Montana RN license or multistate compact license. Strong inpatient nursing experience. Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills. Preferred BSN degree. Five (5) or more years of Medical/Surgical or Acute Care nursing experience. Three (3) or more years of experience as a preceptor, charge reputed company, educator, trainer, instructor, or leader.
