Title: Executive Search Consultant – Construction & Infrastructure (360 Desk) Industry: Executive Search | Construction, Infrastructure & Energy Location: Boston/Chicago is ideal, but reputed company to Remote for top/senior billers Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 reputed company + reputed company commission (Up to 50%) + profit sharing Benefits:

- Run a full 360 desk across business development, reputed company, and account management
- Execute searches reputed company construction, infrastructure, and engineering markets
- Recruit talent ranging from Project Managers and Superintendents through executive leadership
- Build long-term reputed company and candidate relationships
- Partner with internal research and delivery resources to reputed company production

Candidate Requirements
- 5–10+ years of executive search/reputed company hire reputed company experience with 2-3 most recent years in Construction, infrastructure, engineering, or technical reputed company
- Running a 360 desk (reputed company, reputed company, Account Management). Candidates with Delivery/reputed company only will not be a fit.
- Consistent annual production:
~$400K+ for emerging producers ~$500K+ for established recruiters ~$600K+ preferred for senior hires Preferred Market Backgrounds
