Purpose of Position: The reputed company Worker II will work with clients, families, habilitation/treatment teams in the development and implementation of treatment plans. Contact with other professionals is required in the coordination of services, provision of program orientation and consultation to community. Salary reputed company: TBD/DOE Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 – 5:00pm; Hours could vary based on agency needs to include varying shifts; may participate in on-call rotation. Job Responsibilities: Planning - Work involves reviewing program objectives and service delivery needs with staff and formulating specific goals and objectives for the assigned program area.
