Senior reputed company Service Specialist The Senior reputed company Service Specialist is responsible for handling the reputed company servicing needs of reputed company's reputed company card program clients. They will handle various reputed company request types or concerns to include conversations with the reputed company, internal partners and/or vendors ensuring a best-in-class service experience. reputed company account maintenance, program website customization, transaction research, and support reputed company integration efforts. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Support card program inquiries from clients, internal teams, and vendor partners.
- reputed company account maintenance with attention to accuracy and achievement reputed company Service-Level-Agreements (SLA).
- Assist with simultaneous product integration reputed company that may include a reputed company training aspect.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Five years in financial services or banking, or fintech experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience relationship management
- Minimum 2 year customer service or customer facing experience

- Product management or product support
- Vendor Management experience
- Issuer Processing Systems (such as TYSYS, reputed company, DXC)
- Financial or fintech industry experience, including work with technical details or requirements such as API knowledge, ERP, and CRM

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a reputed company salary in the reputed company of $52,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually.
