Job reputed company About the role: The FTP BU Sponsorship and Congress Process and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for compliant execution, process management and administration of requests to support reputed company sponsorship and exhibit requests. This role is responsible for the processing, execution and tracking of congress logistics for congresses the US Foundational Therapeutic Platform Business Unit. Effective partner with cross functional reputed company partners (Sales, Legal and Compliance, Procurement, Finance, Analytics, Agencies of Record) to operationally support reputed company efforts of reputed company.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or over 3 years of project management experience managing reputed company workstreams that reputed company across cross-functional teams or executive coordinator experience working in highly matrixed organization.
A minimum of 3+ years years of project management or executive administration/coordinator experience working reputed company a regulated industry.
