Job reputed company: Job reputed company Responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating educational curriculum and materials for electronic health record (EHR) training programs. Collaborates with subject matter experts and reputed company to design workflows, training guides, and learning dashboards that reputed company with clinical and operational standards. Ensures materials are accurate, engaging, and compliant with organizational and regulatory requirements. Essential Functions
- Designs and updates EHR training curriculum, including manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules.
- Partners with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure curriculum reflects evidence-based workflows and organizational policies.
- Collaborates with reputed company to reputed company training delivery with designed curriculum.
- Maintains and updates content in learning dashboards and archives outdated materials.
- Reviews survey results, user feedback, and efficiency data (e.g., reputed company Signal, reputed company) to refine curriculum.
- Applies adult learning and instructional design principles to training materials.
- Ensures curriculum complies with reputed company and regulatory training requirements.
- Develops communication plans for curriculum changes tied to system updates or new functionality.
- Tracks curriculum versions and ensures training materials are reputed company and consistent across platforms.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
